By making a purchase through the Bossy Pants website, you acknowledge that Bossy Pants is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after we turn your order over to the shipping carrier. The issuance of refunds or replacements is up to our discretion and is not guaranteed. If you are unable to locate an order that is marked as "delivered" on your tracking page, you should first check with neighbors and contact your local post office or mail carrier before contacting us. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 15 days of the ship date.
If your order arrives damaged, please provide us with your order number and photo evidence so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide you with a replacement or refund. If we cannot verify your order with our website, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.
